Masiela..I am so happy to find out you are Albanian...I am Arbereshe/Sicilian too....I am writing to find out if you know how Americans can buy a DVD of "Time of the Comet". There are many people looking for this video (see youtube trailer post) it is not currently distributed in the U.S. although it can be viewed on Google without english subtitles..please help, I really want to own this film..beautiful and powerful perfomances and depiction of real life Albanian history and culture. thanks! Hello Masiela, I know u are a very busy woman. My son would like to know if it would be possible to grant him a favor? He just turned 8 yrs old and is going into the 3rd grade he loves. Carmen Lopez. He has to watch George Lopez every night. Ok so here is the favor he would like to know if when the time comes for Read Across America if you would volunteer your time and come to his school and read to his class. The kids at school miss out on a lot of wonderful things due to California being in debt and all of the budget cuts. If you could come to our school it would be AMAZING !!! -

I've been a fan of yours since the George Lopez show, and I recently received a newsletter from Dorrance Publishing about your book, Drinking the Moon (interesting title, btw ... makes you think.) Anyway, I am looking forward to reading your new poems, because you have a very different way of looking at things, and I find that both challenging and enticing. Dear Masiela,
From what I've read on here and from your acting it seems that you are a magnificent person in almost all, if not all, areas of your life. I don't know how much experience you have in relationships with people. I was wondering how you would go about being attracted to someone while they are attracted to you but also other people at the same time. Should I just wait around and try to play my cards right or should I just move on?

hi! I loved your acting in George Lopez and so does just about everyone else i know! One day i really wanted to know who played Carmen so i looked it up and thought awesome! But compared to how you looked in George Lopez you look completely different! Wow! I'm planning to get the two books you wrote soon! They seemed so cool! You are so lucky to have worked with a person as funny as George Lopez! I'm just wondering: how did you get your start in George Lopez? Also have you done any movies or shows after George Lopez? Hello Masiela, my name is Matt I am a southern boy and don't know a lot about the big city life in LA. I do know though that it is probably a blast and I hope that you enjoy every second of it. I also know that if God puts someone in your mind and then you can't get them off your mind that they are there for a reason and I can't seem to get you off my mind.2 weeks ago i didn't know you exsisted and then i saw the george lopez show and something struck my heart when i saw you. It's like the zac brown band said,"you got whatever it is, when you walk in to the room i can hardly breath, got a smile that knocks a grown man to his knees, eyes that cut you like a knife, it blows me away, dunno what to do, you got whatever it is." Masiela obviously you are very smart you were an english major at UCLA that's very impressive, you inspire me to complete college Masiela and find a good job. I have earned a lot through working in my life and i hope through hard work I can finally earn a trip to LA my dream city. Masiela you seem like an incredible person i aspire to one day meet you it is currently a dream that i will strive greatly to make a reality. Dear Masiela,
I was wondering if I could have a story sent to you (checked by the webmaster of course) as it is a beautiful story that happened to me in my life, and as a former poet (its been several years now) I know little about celebrities yet when I heard about you from another of your fans I was very dubious, but after seeing your site (and finding your unique sensitivity to the muse) I came to see you as gifted and surprisingly down-to-earth woman who has everything that most celebrities who are outwardly beautiful have, yet you are not the same inwardly. You do not take it all too seriously but at the same time you understand the importance that your influence is to young people and you act accordingly with all the grace that is possible even though you are just human and you appear to understand that. As to the above mentioned story that I wanted to send you via perhaps a one-way message through the forum guys from boeep I felt to myself that despite the incredible tragedy of what happened to me in my story, I can at least have the consolation that perhaps someday years in the future that you may come back to the love story/tragedy and may find in it inspiration to write a poem about it. thus immortalizing unparalelled frustration and opposition and held-back secret of the story perhaps stressing above all what might have been. It would probably be very short poem to join a small book of poems. I hope it can happen but its fine if not.

Im 27 years old and just wanted to ask you how is it that you got to reach so much succes?
