Hi, I've been a fan of yours for a while, since I started watching George Lopez. Obviously you are beautiful, that's what drew me in first, but I also noticed your acting abilities and thought you were phenomenal. So I looked you up to see what other things you've done and found some neat stuff. I couldn't beleive you were in your twenties, you look at least 18-19 years old. I can't wait to read your book of poems, I hear you are quite good. Well, this section is called "Ask Masiela", so here's my question: I found out you had blonde hair at times and brown at others, which one do you prefer? To me the brown brings out your eyes, but the blonde accentuates the waves in your hair. -

i loved you on george lopez, even though i havent gotten a change to read on of your books, i really wat to.you are a really pretty person, and i would love to be like you when im older! so here's like an off topic question, how many languages can u speak? i can only speak 2 and 1/2. english spanish and a wee bit french. i would love to hear from you as soon as you can.

Hey Masey, great to hear from you!! I was so ecstatic when my library contacted me that your book had finally transferred from Palmdale. I can't help but open up to you about the experience reading but a few of your beautiful creations. I knew you were something special when I read the demos on this site, but I'm more than blown away by what I've read so far. Something about the level of passion I feel through your beautiful poems had stirred my inner spirit so deeply, it felt like my heart and my mind had reached a once unobtainable plane of serenity. Almost immediately after I stopped reading, the world around me suddenly had a different sense, the simplest things had changed and became more beautiful, vibrant, meaningful. I can't completely express my gratitude for the moving of my spirit because of not only your poetry, your acting, your ambition, your Foundation (of which I eagerly look forward to the chance with which to help), but your amazing spirit. Your passion for life. But I'll try anyway... Masey, I Love You. And I don't mean that as a typical infatuated fanboy, I pray you don't misinterpret my words. I love your creative soul, the enthusiasm you have for giving back to others, sharing your immeasurable blessings with those around you. Hi Masiela,
I feel like kind of a knob writing to you for advice, seeing as I dont know you, but I think you might be able to offer a unique insight for my situation.
The problem is, I am at a cross roads in my life and some very serious decisions need to be made. Right now my path has diverged into two lanes. On the one hand I can continue down the road vet school with all the assurances of a good career.
On the other hand, the band Im in has decided to move to try and strike it big. I really love our music and think we can be huge, but there are many talented bands who go no where for whatever reason. I love music and will never stop making it regardless, but I have no idea what to do. Both roads would be hard work, but one has a decidedly less certain outcome.
As someone who has launched a successful acting career, was it a tough choice for you to pursue a life in the arts? Did you have support from your from your family? Do you have any tips or advice for someone trying to make a name for themselves?
